TwoSdayz Duck Hunter
Welcome to TwoSdayz! Every Tuesday Kat and Curt battle it off in one of the many Multiplayer games on GLive. Today we decided to play Duck Hunter. Although it is not a multiplayer game, it is a fun game to play and you can battle it out with your friend to see who has the highest score.
Ready, Aim, Shoot! Just like its name, Duck Hunter is a game where you hunt ducks. As you lurk in the bushes with your trusty hound, you wait for the ducks to take flight. One by one they start to fill the skies, but be sharp and be quick as they know how to dodge the flying bullets! Every time you shoot a duck, the dog will run out into the field and get the duck for you. Be careful and don't mistake mans best friend for a duck as he will put his paws in the air and surrender.
How To Play
The aim of the game is to shoot all the ducks on the screen with only 3 bullets for each duck that flies into the sky. One duck flies at a time, you only get 3 bullets to kill that duck before it flies away so you need to be quick and sharp. There are 10 rounds in every level, so if you miss one, don't worry as there are still other ducks you can shoot.
Everything you need to know is as at the bottom of your screen. On the right-hand side of your screen is a gun with the number of bullets you have available. In the middle of your screen is 10 little ducks, everytime you hit one, it will shoot down one of those ducks down. This indicates how many ducks you have shot within the 10 rounds. On the left-hand side of the screen is the digital joystick that controls where the gun is aimed at. Tap, hold and swing your finger inside the circle in the direction you want to aim at.
To move and aim the gun, you use W, A, S, D or the arrow keys and spacebar to shoot the ducks, while is trusty stead awaits in the grass to collect the ducks. On mobile, you use the digital joystick on the left-hand side of your screen to move and to shoot tap on the gun icon. Get at least 6 kills to pass to the next level. It is a high score game so try to get all the ducks so that you have the highest score.
Curtis and I loved playing this game, to say I got a bit too into it was an understatement! Overall we both found ourselves wanting to get better and better at the game. In the end, I totally shot this one out the park and got the highest score. Let's just say Curtis and I will always continue to make a competition out of anything and everything. If you think you have a sharp eye play this game now and see if you have the reflexes of an eagle or a duck!
